What is the process of becoming a Brother?
Step 1: Recruitment
Go to recruitment events and at the end of the two weeks, if chosen, you will be offered a Bid to become a New Member of Beta Theta Pi
Step 3: New Member Education
Immediately following induction, the New Member Education process will begin. This is an 8 week process that will teach the new inductees the history, stories, and practices of Beta Theta Pi.
Step 2: Induction
If you decide to accept the Bid, you will be asked to attend induction. This is a ceremony to celebrate your decision to join our Brotherhood and officially acknowledges you as a New Member.
Step 4: Initiation
This ceremony will take place in Oxford, Ohio (origin of our fraternity). It will finalize your entrance into the Brotherhood.
